Please, I beg of you - stay away from this company and find your parents something better. I am wasting hours of them telling me different things every time and never getting a straight answer. Even the hospital has told me - why aren't they just calling us if they need answers? Ummm.... I don't know and would love to know why I am calling in circles yet no one there will call the hospital. This is the most unorganized company I've ever dealt with. I pay $4.70 each month thanks to Obama care. I've setup auto pay several times and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Even though I've signed up for a paperless communication I still get several letters every month. Maybe if they actually used paperless billing they could lower my cost. I'll be switching back to United
