Deserves -5 stars. My Husband went from a man working as an RN , golfing, walking the dogs, taking care of our yard, meeting all of his own needs to a man that must use a walker and barely get himself to the bathroom basically over night! Atrio has denied his required surgery as ordered by his neorologist. Do yourself a favor and pick another insurance company!
I fell in with Atrio when it was time to renew my Medicare advantage plan this year. I recently completed a virtual visit with a doctor. The provider’s name was Jennifer Raynor. She was amazing and took the time to address each and every health concern I had. She Gave me several referrals that were due based on my age And I was able to schedule appointments within a week or two. Many local health facilities, including my doctor, are no longer accepting Atrio. This has caused me a great deal of anxiety going forward. Part of the benefits they advertise is a flex card for OTC purchases. Today I went to Walgreens to purchase some items. My card which has a balance of &40.36 was declined for a twenty dollars purchase. The cashier informed me that none of the Atrio cards were working and that was an issue with all Walgreens.
