This is the most unorganized company I've ever dealt with. I pay $4.70 each month thanks to Obama care. I've setup auto pay several times and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Even though I've signed up for a paperless communication I still get several letters every month. Maybe if they actually used paperless billing they could lower my cost. I'll be switching back to United

No one answers the phone, they put you on hold for hours!! I'm trying to get information on this bill they keep sending me and the money being taken out of my SS each month!!! I did not request that!!! Trying to get a hold of the agent is i.posdible!! I'll be looking for another provider!!!
