I have been living at the Atrio in Burbank for a year. It has been an amazing and awesome place to live at.The amenities are amazing. The complex is very well taken care of. This complex feels like a little community. It has everything, a gym, a pool, a community room, a study area, a theater room, a Bbq area, and a dog park area. It is amazing here. Don't move in today Move in YESTERDAY and be grateful in the morning when you wake up to the sound of the water fountain nearby, and see bamboo shoots, palm trees, and birds of paradise My first visit was too short, I could have walked around the entire place. I have been living at Atrio for over a year and love it. The Atrio team is very friendly and always answer all emails and questions in a timely matter. The complex is well kept and when something needs to be fixed, it is done the following day! I would definitely recommend Atrio!
What a gem. I've driven by a few times never knew that this oasis of a complex was right there the whole time. Peaceful quiet and clean with resort like amenities. At the price point it's a great deal. Also big shout-out to Jonathan Ramos. Of all the building and complex managers I've worked with he's the most responsive and friendly I've met. Thumbs up!
