The leasing team Chris, Jonathan, and Ashley are amazing. Very easy and kind communication. The service team led by Alex is top-tier, prompt and patient! I’ve lived in other buildings throughout the valley and service requests have always been something that was never as smooth as it could’ve been, BUT not at Atrio and not with Alex. I won’t hesitate with service requests here, because I know they’ll be handled professionally and with kindness. Great job to all of you at Atrio!!!
The Atrio maintenance team as well as the landscaping and leasing agents are all amazing. I’m very happy here.
I can say after living here, it’s a little oasis in Burbank. Quiet, comfy and convenient to everything. Even with the train and airport near by, the most noise I ever hear is from the fountain in the courtyard.
