I had a sloppy experience. Atrinity healthcare providers do not communicate enough advance notice to families caring for the patient. For example, the visiting nurse would call two hours before showing up. The occupational therapist showed up over an hour before the agreed appointment time. This occupational therapist claimed she phoned me, the caregiver, before showing up early, yet my cell phone shows zero calls from her since the day before she set the appointment. I had an excellent experience with Atrinity during the first two weeks after my total knee replacement. every staff member I met or spoke with was highly professional and took the time to explain their role and what I should expect next. My physical therapist patiently and expertly guided me through the challenges of those early days. She helped me to see the progress I was slowly making, and assured me that stiffness and pain were not signs of any problems. I highly recommend this reliable and caring team.
