Wonderful employees. They make you feel apart of the family.
Don't change the rules when a resident is 100 years old. Forcing her to move was horrible when we were told she could age in place. Many wonderful workers but inflexible rules that make me not want to recomment this facility to anyone.
This is the worst place. They called the police on my father, never notified us, I’m his guardian and the director NEVER called me. They have repeatedly not administered medications, not returned calls, the medication aids WERE SLEEPING ON HIS FLLOR WHILE ON DUTY. And they say they had experience with Alzheimer’s! OMGOSH I’m calling the state!
Great place to work and build wonderful relationships....
My father has been at the Atria Westchase for four years. I could not imagine him living anywhere else. A wonderful place.
