Very sad how they treated my mom. In the beginning they were welcoming and she had a nice apartment. We were a self pay every month and after only being there a few months they raised the rate THOUSANDS. That’s not the worst of it. Very bad communication between staff and getting back to you. My mom had to go out to the hospital for a short stay because food got lodged. And when she wanted to return to Atria they refused to cut up her food for her for a chopped diet that was requested from hospital. Even the social ... read more
RecommendedI had such a wonderful day today! Had lunch and dinner in the dining room today. The dining room looked so beautiful with a fresh coat of paint! The food was delicious! It was so good to eat with friends!
There are so many reasons why I would recommend Atria, from my initial interaction with Mike Betsch, who was very knowledgeable, kind and caring and answered all of our questions throughly. He also went to see my mom when she was in rehab, words cannot express our sincere thanks. To the nurse Judy who helped us with her medical expertise and helped us get my mom to a normal state Thank You!
