RecommendedAtria Springboro has a great population of residents who are welcoming, caring and just plain great!! There is also a team of caring people there to serve and love them. Beautiful place inside and out!
I started working at Atria Springboro on June 25th, 2018 as the Resident Services Director and have observed a compassionate and passionate team of nurses and aides! I’m excited to be working with this group of people caring for our vibrant and active seniors �
I worked at Atria Springboro in 2017. It was a terrible experience.The executive director was malicious and self serving. Human Resources proved to be a model of ineptness when I bought this to their attention. Hopefully,both have been terminated!
My experience working at Atria Springboro was a nightmare. The executive director was very conniving and deceitful. I complained to human resources about this but they didn't want to hear it and instead, villainized me! They are all in it together. I whole heartedly, DO NOT recommend this place for employment!
They don't treat they're employees very well big turnover on staffing and Management. Do your own research looks are deceiving!
I agree with the last post. My father was one of the most well liked by all that knew him except for all of the staff at the Landing of Springboro. We were also told to look for a new place because my Dad was not adjusting well after 8 days!!!!!! REALLY?????? We transferred places and couldn't be happier to have a staff that truly cares about their patients that are dealing with this horrible disease. I wouldn't leave my worst enemy there. The Landing of Springboro is an excellent Assisted Living Retirement Community. They have a well-trained, caring staff who go above and beyond! I highly recommend them! I'm so thankful that they built this beautiful senior living community in Springboro!
The staff is wonderful and care about their guests. I was very impressed with them as I toured the facility for a professional gathering. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained.
After touring many facilities for my mother in law, we chose the Landing at Springboro and we could not be happier. Mom is in a caring place surrounded by staff that understand her and respond quickly to her needs. The secured environment gives all of us peace of mind. The best decision that we made for her was to place her in this amazingly caring home. She is happy and has made many friends among the other residents and the staff.
