So, for $6,752.00 monthly, this facility does not have the ability to provide a service, which I asked for in December 2019. I just want my father weighed weekly. Per Venca Avivi, the Resident Services Director, they DO NOT have the equipment to do this. I am going to have to buy a scale, drive 45 miles to see my father, and weigh him. GREAT VALUED ADDED ATRIA - NOT!!!!
A friend of mines mother is in Atria Santa Clarita Memory Care and she is getting wonderful care and they have been nothing but helpful to my friend and her mother.
I am so happy my best friends mother is in Atria Memory she is so much happier now that she has people around all the time.
So glad my mother is in this facility they really take care of them specially in the memory care couldn’t have asked for a better place. Staff is well-versed and very compassionate and understanding and takes extra time with each and every resident living there it’s a must if you have someone with memory care problems
These people like to take away the civil rights of resident's that live there! What ever happened to resident's rights? Also they like to hold their resident's hostage and won't let them leave the facility. This facility is ridiculous!
