ABSOLUTLEY LOVED THE ENTIRE FACITLITY AND STAFF, BEFORE THE NEW ADMINISTRATOR ARRIVED. THE ADMINISTRATION THAT WAS THERE BEFORE THIS WOMAN WAS ABSOLUTLEY WONDERFUL- CARING, KEPT THE FAMILIES INFORMED AND MADE IT A POINT TO SHOW GENUINE CARE FOR THE RESIDENTS. UNFORTUNATELY, THE ONLY STAFF THAT SEEMS TO ACTUALLY CARE FOR THE PATIENTS AND SHOW COMPASSION AND LOVE, IS THE STAFF THAT IS STILL THERE FROM THE PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION. A close friend of mine has a uncle in this facility. His uncle just told him that the services have quickly deteriorated under the new management while increasing the costs for each resident. Poor medical services with professional medical services lacking in many recent cases. Most important recently the third overall facility manager overlooked the most basic meal items in the supply contract which has alarmed many residents.
