I just wanted to say that the staff at the Memory Care Unit are the most loving,kind,caring people I have ever met. The love they have for their residents is beyond words. My 70 year old brother suffered a stroke and has resided at the Atria for over five years. The Atria Lynbrook on Penninsula Blvd has a real family atmosphere. I visited several Atria Senior Living locations on Long Island recently and am very impressed. The venues are beautifully decorated and maintained. The public rooms are inviting and comfortable; the dining rooms look like fine restaurants. My mother(Sylvia Ehrlich) has been at the Atria in Lynbrook for 6 years and has loved every moment of it. The place is spotless, thanks to Angelina and her staff. Brian the chef and his crew do a wonderful job in the dining room. The women at the front desk,are so helpful and friendly. My husband and I are both very thankful for the caring, attentive and wonderful staff at the Atria. As soon as we walked in we knew this was a great place for our Mom to call home. The homey, welcoming atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. The rooms are spotless and well furnished. There are so many activities to do all day long. Thank you, Larissa, for always being available when ever we call and for making this transition for our Mom a very smooth, easy one. We highly recommend the Atria!
