Dr. Perkins and her staff are very professional and warm and personal as well. I've spent a lot of time in many dentist's chairs and her team is the best I've seen. My kids (down to age 7) love going to the dentist at Newburgh Family Dental.
I have always had a terrible fear of any dentist until this office. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I had a totally painless root canal, they made me a perfect partial, and I am always perfectly relaxed when there. Thank you Dr. Perkins and staff.
I had a really great experience with Newburgh Family Dental. From the moment I walked in the door, I was warmly greeted and called by my first name. I was actually called back to the examination room prior to my scheduled time! The dental hygienist was friendly and efficient and my cleaning was done in no time! Now if I could only convince Dr. Shea to come up with a "no cavities, no pay" policy, I'd be set! Oh well!
Thank you Dr. Perkins for putting my mind at ease. Knowing the pain is muscle spasms and not something more problematic - put my mind at ease. Your staff got me in for an xray and exam quickly and treated me with concern and kindness. I appreciate the prompt treatment.
As a new patient I had to wait several months to get in, but it was worth the wait. The wait time (at the actual appointment) was next to none and everyone was very friendly and professional. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and experienced at their jobs. I highly recommend them.
I'm always amazed at the professionalism of the staff at Newburgh Family Dental. Everyone greets me with a sincere smile. They know their job well and treat me exceptionally well. I could not be happier going to the dentist.

I had to miss my schedlued appointment. Received a reminder a couple weeks later..which was great because I kept sayin I was gonna call. They had a cancellation and we able to work me in that same day. That doesn't happen a lot. They are quite busy... Cleaning was painless and I was in and out quickly!
