Honestly, I was a little annoyed at the fact I thought I had made an appointment a month in advance only to find out that the online scheduling system was not working correctly and didn’t schedule the appointment at all, but the receptionists were so nice and apologetic and made me an appointment for the very next day, which was very convenient for me.
