The office is more like family then a dentist!
Yesterday, I forgot to take my pre-meds (necessary due to two knee replacements), so I couldn't have my teeth cleaned, but we worked it out and did x-rays and the doctor's exam, and (due to a cancellation) I was able to go back today for the cleaning. No one was upset about my forgetfulness; quite the contrary. Everyone at KFD is always cheerful and helpful and efficient.
My visits with Dr. Dover are wonderful. She is the most outgoing, professional and caring dentist I know . She is very concerned about your comfort and makes sure you are okay during the entire procedure. I wish those who had a fear of the dentist could experience a visit with her.
Thank you all so much for seeing me with such short notice! It was truly impressive watching Dr. Dover work all of those rooms at the same time and providing perfect service!
