Very poor communication, trying to get ahold of any management regarding any issues or concerns is next to impossible. Nice building, poor management.

Very poor property management. Been waiting 3 months to get a toilet fixed. Building smells badly and is not good for entertaining guests whatsoever. Building also surrounded by homeless population and quite unsafe to walk at night.
