I've lived in this townhome complex since it opened almost two years ago, and unfortunately, the decline has been drastic and disheartening. What was once a promising community has quickly deteriorated into a frustrating and unpleasant living experience. One of the biggest issues is the constant noise and disruption. Children from neighboring streets regularly tear through our yards on their bikes, creating unsightly dirt patches and scattering the decorative rocks. This happens multiple times a day. Amazing customer service. Harry is very knowledgeable. He doesn't hesitate to share all his knowledge with the customers and agents. Every time I meet with him and my customers, is a great experience. He's always happy and willing to go above and beyond! Once a transaction is in effect, he follows up wonderfully all the way through closing. Is amazing to work with someone like him!
The community is super safe and quiet. Great Lake side view and modern home styles.
