These guys are top notch. Just down right good people. Quick to respond even if parts take time to arrive. Be patient be pleasant and they'll treat you the same.
I took my RV there for minor damage. The male owner was pleasant and promised to do the work. His wife, who is the store manager is vindictive and did everything she could to not provide even a semblance of customer service. They took my RV apart, lied to me that they couldn't find the parts and then charged me for them taking the RV apart. I had to take it home in pieces as they didn't put it back together for me. Horrible company. I don't know how these people are still in business. DON'T GO THERE!
Excellent repair shop. Reliable, honest, excellent repair time, reasonable prices.
We've used ATR since 2019 for our rv rental business collision repairs. Their work is outstanding, detailed oriented, and unparalleled by any other collision center. The staff is understanding and patient. We highly recommend ATR!
If I could give this business something lower than 1 star I would. They are incompetent and unethical. Buyer beware. Emphasis on the unethical.
