I booked in for an exhaust check, not knowing what was wrong with my car, and being messed around by another garage. Trav was patient and thorough, explaining what the car and the computer were showing as issues. Although I didn't spend any money with him, he spent the time to help me understand the issues and give me the confidence to go back to the other garage and advocate for myself.
