Wow. Just tried to get some help from ATP. Was barely able to get a half of a conversation from them. Guarantee I will never darken their doorway.
Very nice on the phone but, Horrible service. I purchased items on their site. They told me they will send me tracking as soon as they ship. Then 2 days later I ended up calling them to ask if and when this stuff is coming in? They put me on hold and them a person answered by stating I'm sorry there's an issue with order... Basically I was under charged due to issues with their new website so there would be additional cost required to make the shipping go out etc. I said ok..? . What does that have to do with me...?
