ATP has done a fantastic job servicing our pool. Alec (service technician) is very cordial, professional, and ATP sends an email with pictures letting us know the pool has been cleaned. Ease of use if important to us, and ATP has made this possible.
Built a beautiful pool for me in 2019. Still looks great. Their guys have been servicing it and it always looks perfect.
When we first moved into our new home, the owner of ATP came and met with us to get some specs to customize our pool for our children who have specific needs. He is very knowledgable; and was incredibly pleasant and kind while meeting with us every time. We are so happy with our pool; it is gorgeous, well designed, and user friendly for our children. The attention to detail and professionalism are what drive us to highly recommend this company
Before providing a quote to install a pool, ATP asked me to get a survey. I provided one but never heard back. After sending several emails and leaving several messages no one replied and I finally gave up. Very poor customer service. After spending time, effort and money to provide what ATP asked for, the least they could do is reply and tell me they cannot move forward.
