Employees would rather talk to each other and smoke e-cigarettes than to help. Waited 15 minutes for them to get done gossiping before I was asked “what you want”. Extremely rude, don’t want to help customers, and prices are so gouged it should be against the law. Beware and stay away from this place!!!
I used to think this was the best place in the low country but now I gotta find somewhere else to shop. they used to have great sales associates. what happened? who's the dictator at the door?
Just had a terrible experience at ATP Gun shop on College Park Road!!! Have spent thousands there but Will never spend my BLACK money there again! And we WILL file a complaint! So my husband and I go to purchase some firearms for our sons and before driving 40 min to get there we call to make sure they had what we were looking for in which the person on the phone replied “yes”. Dear mask nazi.....it's a strange business strategy to greet customers rudely and turn them away at the door before even saying hello. But it's working......I won't ever, ever be back. Maybe you don't need my business....fair enough.....Your competition is always friendly however.....that's where I'll go.
Found out the gun I just paid $1800 for - a PC 500 magnum, was tooled up. Extractor rod chewed up with what appears to be pliers marks, rusted out parts inside the weapon, chewed up screw heads. A new gun should not have had the extractor or tension screw removed, but they were on this gun. At least If it wasn't for the careless tool marks I wouldn't have noticed. I thought I was buying a brand new gun with MSRP charge. Now after 1 month I don't feel safe using it because the chamber cylinder is smacking the top strap when i... read more
