Robby came out to service a used Landice L8 I picked up. He was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He checked the treadmill, gave it some maintenance, didn't try to sell me on anything, and told me how to keep it running well in the future. Simply upfront, honest, and so helpful! He even followed up on some console issues I was having (trying to find the hidden menu for total miles) and well after the initial visit, he came through on his word and found what I needed! Had a great experience with this company. Called in, told them what the issue was with my treadmill, technician came out, diagnosed it, fixed it perfectly, all for a great price. Punctual, professional, and friendly! Highly recommended.
I highly recommend ATP for treadmills repair. Robby got my home treadmill up and running. When the treadmill stop working I reached out to ATP. Robby provided me quick troubleshoot instructions before seeing the treadmill just in case it was something simple. Once this did not work then he identified the issue and he was able to fix my treadmill and give it a tune up.
