RecommendedThe food is always creative, fresh and wonderful - service is outstanding. They are really doing a great job of creating meals to go. There were wonderful touches like a reusable bag, detailed instructions & a thank you note for supporting them. Plus there was enough food for two meals - and it was very affordable. We were so happy to have enjoyed another delicious lunch at A’Town Bistro today. The dry aged tartare with sunchokes, fennel and celeriac is a definite winner, and those condiments - yum - especially the smoked aioli. My favourite dish today was the scrumptious lengua stroganoff. The tongue was absolutely amazing - perfectly braised with such great flavour and an almost buttery texture. It worked so well with the noodles and tasty mushroom sauce. It seems like a great Seattle or San Francisco chef decided to kick the big city habit and open an excellent restaurant in the sticks. Absolutely awesome food in a cool and casual atmosphere.
