Great surgeon. Seriously. Dr Kashani is lovely. Substandard administrative function. Needs to invest in better systems and staff training. Office runs on Gmail. They don’t accept electronic payments. At all. Patient portal gets an alert to say it is not secure when you click on links. They send out a paper statement that gives you a QR code to pay online. Made an appointment with Dr. Kashani after an urgent care nurse and a radiologist diagnosed a probable fracture in my foot. Her staff was very helpful and friendly. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and provided good care and advise. She is very engaging, friendly and professional. Her office space was attractive, clean and staff appeared to be working efficiently. I highly recommend her.
