First time customer. Honestly, Rachel is highly experienced and did a fantastic job cutting my hair. I was nervous, but she listened and gave me exactly what I asked for. Patient, Kind and Friendly. Rachel even took the time to show me how to style my hair. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything. Made it a very comfortable experience and offered suggestions before attempting changes to my hair. No surprises. Definitely worth the price for a quality haircut 10/10!
