I’ve tried calling COUNTLESS times—no answer. I’ve visited MULTIPLE times, only to find the doors locked. For nearly three weeks, this place has been mysteriously closed with ZERO notice. No sign on the door, no update on their website, just silence. Yet, Google still says they’re open. As a loyal customer, I’m BEYOND frustrated. This is NOT how you treat people who support your business. I am utterly disappointed.
I have called multiple times and days this past week and drove to their location two times, but they were always closed. They do not have it indicated on their website or Google, making people waste their time by not posting they are closed. Why are they closed on two Saturdays as a fast food restaurant?
Ordered catering and never received our order! The day of our event we called multiple times with no answer and we even drove to the store, only to find a makeshift "be back at 1pm" (please note, we drove to the store at 2pm and still no one was there, our delivery was scheduled for 1:30pm). We got the confirmation email that our order went through and an email asking about our experience. Still have not heard back and will never do business here again. Very disappointing
