Food is terrible. We ordered 20 wings & got 20 tenders instead. All batter and the bits of chicken you do get is rubbery and fatty. Out of the 20 pieces, we threw out the other 17 after trying 3 different pieces. We felt sick after trying it. The meal was also supposed to come with a drink which we did not get either.
I waited for about 18 minutes I’ve ordered the bbq chicken sandwich with Cole slaw and sweet waffle potatoes fries the fries were under cooked I asked for no pickles please no pickles and still they add pickles the chicken wings is undercooked not seasoned well. Great food but the service is questionable. If your order is backed up or didn’t go through, they’re not proactive about their communication. A guest waited 40+ minutes for his order because of a system error. They’re also not strategic about handling phone calls vs in-person customers and I had to wait about 15 minutes just to place my order because they were tending to a customer on the phone. And there’s only one register so we had no choice. Delicious food though!
