Well as of 04/18/2025 I'm done you don't have to tell me three times that my business is not welcomed. I decided to order via phone and pick up today; I'm not feeling well after eating some plain wings. I threw the condiments in the trash, the food was cold and not fresh; the wings were hard not crunchy and had been previously cooked and warmed up for my order. $50 wasted. Dining in is surperb. The service is nice, the food is cooked to order and delicious; however ordering online for delivery is not so well; they got the order wrong and did not complete the order they left off the fries, celery sticks and carrots, the delivery people are not connected even in terms of a phone number to call if something goes wrong. Tracking through Door Dash is terrible watching the driver ride around your address because they didn't follow instruction to call and how to use maps for clear directions.
No issue really with a customer service it’s kind of dead inside. But the wings themselves… Absolutely horrible there was barely any sauce on them.. the mango habanero, which should be somewhat spicy, tasted like a honey glaze of some sort. I ended up putting Buffalo Wild Wings sauce on them at the house.. the buffalo sauce ones again no sauce on them hardly not a bit spicy and up putting sweet baby rays buffalo sauce on them. To sum it up, make your own at the house save your money time or just find somewhere else.
Good food every time. Worker is always pleasant. Got twenty tenders. The food was delicious. The tenders were divided into two boxes. Two of my three daughters and I ate one box of tenders and two tenders out of the other box. There is plenty of food left for my third daughter as well.
Me and my husband went and grabbed food and the man at the counter greeted us with a smile and really good energy. He was very patient with us despite spending a good amount of time trying to figure out what to order. It didn’t take long for all the food to come and he even through in some free chips. As far as the food I have nothing negative to say. Everything came out fresh and hot very delicious. We will definitely be back!
