I agree with Cindy C. I would give them NEGATIVE STARS if I could. After paying for a repair on 02/20/26 and the parts, they failed to return with the CORRECT parts, took their parts with them, and then refused to return my calls. DO NOT CALL this repair company!
If I could give them negative stars I would. About the middle of April my washer stopped working correctly. It wouldn't spin out as much of the water as it should. I was told they couldn't come out until April 29th, but it was sooner than the date of May 2nd that Sears gave me, so I went with Atomic Tech. April 29th - Nate came out and told us it was the gear case. It had worn down over the years and wasn't catching correctly to spin the drum.
