If I could give them negative stars I would. About the middle of April my washer stopped working correctly. It wouldn't spin out as much of the water as it should. I was told they couldn't come out until April 29th, but it was sooner than the date of May 2nd that Sears gave me, so I went with Atomic Tech. April 29th - Nate came out and told us it was the gear case. It had worn down over the years and wasn't catching correctly to spin the drum.
