If I could give them negative stars I would. About the middle of April my washer stopped working correctly. It wouldn't spin out as much of the water as it should. I was told they couldn't come out until April 29th, but it was sooner than the date of May 2nd that Sears gave me, so I went with Atomic Tech. April 29th - Nate came out and told us it was the gear case. It had worn down over the years and wasn't catching correctly to spin the drum. Our ********* dryer stopped heating and I called Atomic. They assigned a technician and arrived promptly on the date they scheduled. At our home, they were expeditious on the disassembly of the machine and treated the components with great care. Based on their knowledge, they discovered the issue quickly and they possessed the necessary pieces and parts to implement the correction. Issue resolved, GREAT JOB; many thanks :)

Unfortunately I am stuck with this company thru American home shield. They just dont listen to the customers request, the rep talks like a recorded line, To get appliance fixed it is talking longer than 2 months with them the way they have their scheduling with AHS repairs, turn around with AHS is only a day or two but the delay is only with this company. Stay away

My mother had a refrigerator go out and Atomic was sent to get her fixed. After they arrived they found out that it was still covered under the LG warranty. My mother didn't have to pay anything, Atomic got LG to cover it all. Lee was a great young man and treated my mother and I with great respect.

The ***** Protection Plan sent this company out for my leaking dishwasher. After their diagnosis it was determined that a bottom door seal was needed. When they came back to install it, they broke the clamps holding the dishwasher to the cabinet and the button covers. The technician said that they would leave the ticket open for 24 hours in case it continued to leak. Within 30 min of the technician leaving, it was leaking again. They said that they would order the other door seal. I did not hear from the company for a week. ... read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The entire process from start to finish was amazing. I love that I had the option to text them because I can't always answer my phone. Before my appointment they texted me to confirm and the service man sent me a text to let me know he was on the way. The whole time the service man was at my home he explained to me what he was doing which I loved. He was very professional and seemed like he knew exactly what he was talking about. Atomic Tech was recommended by my appliance company for a possible repair of my refrigerator. When I contacted them, I was told they were not certain they could come that day, but would I like to be on the list. I said, ok, but that I was going to continue to search as it was a Friday, and I needed someone who could come asap. I asked how I would know if they could come, and was told that I would be contacted prior to their coming. I was able to find someone else who could come that morning. THIS company is wonderful! I bought a new tanning bed and it needed an in warranty repair. My warranty company referred me to Atomic Tech. I was amazed at how kind and professional the phone staff were. When the part arrived at my home, I called to let them know, i was thinking it would be another week before they would come out--BOY WAS I WRONG!!! They came out the SAME DAY I CALLED!!!!!
