I had gone to this salon in their former location and had a decent experience. However, recently I attempted to get an appointment and finally gave up. I called multiple times on 3 different days and never got through to a human being and even left a message with all my contact info and never got a call back. It is also in my neighborhood so I passed by a couple of times during their "open" hours only to see the salon closed. I thought this was super unprofessional and they will not get any more of my money.
