Would give them ZERO stars if I could! Even though the email says I’ll be charged my usual rate for July, I was overcharged $67. Then this month, one unit went from $68 to $82 and the other from $50 to $105; more than doubled!! AND, there are two $5 processing fees added! So my bill went from $118 to &197 WITHOUT NOTICE!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! You can rent online, but there’s no way to get ahold of anyone to cancel when you no longer need the unit. There are multiple phone numbers, an email address, their Facebook page. We have tried emailing, calling, texting all the numbers, all the addresses, stopping by the office, no one is ever in the office. We have not been using our storage unit for three months, but they are still charging us because we can never get a hold of anyone to take care of canceling it. apparen... read more
