The response to bad review was from 6 years ago so I guess the contactor business she coowns has same problem Banks have flagged business as fraud because payments are taken out fir unauthorized amounts and multiple times BBB rates it as D Can't open unit because the door stoop is rusted and doir Can't be opened This was my deceased sister's unit which I took over so No problem until bought 4 months ago No one in offuce Phone calls emails letters sent for 4 months No response

Would give them ZERO stars if I could! Even though the email says I’ll be charged my usual rate for July, I was overcharged $67. Then this month, one unit went from $68 to $82 and the other from $50 to $105; more than doubled!! AND, there are two $5 processing fees added! So my bill went from $118 to &197 WITHOUT NOTICE!!
