. I recently tried an evening class at Atomic Lotus Yoga. The class itself was pure magic led by Lyn. Imagine floating in a soft aerial hammock, completely enveloped in comfort with a cozy blanket and eye pillow, while the lights dim, and a breathtaking display of stars appears on the ceiling. The gentle chimes and soothing drumbeats created an atmosphere of tranquility. Thank you, Lyn, for an amazing experience!
I recently attended a retreat hosted by Lyn at full circle retreat and I can not express the amount of progress I was able to make, not only was the property amazing.. she was very considerate of our needs and wants so supportive through all of our activities and classes, she has so much knowledge and experience to give and I am extremely grateful to have been apart of this. Amazing weekend.. It was the most peaceful experience I have had in a very long time .. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ATTENDING THE NEXT ONE!!!
Went to my first ever Yoga class and loved it!!! Was probably the most relaxing hour I’ve ever had. Lyn was my instructor and she definitely loves what she does. I’m looking forward to trying her aerial class too!
