Brought my 3 year old here for her first haircut and was not impressed. we were told we were going to have Molly cut her hair who I had heard was good but when we got there they switched it to someone else who I assume was new. This person was super nice but the cut was not good, completely uneven!

I went into this salon feeling pretty down on myself and really hating the state of my hair. I am not the best at hair "lingo" and really didn't know what to ask for apart from "help" and "please just fix it". Jeremy took me under his wing and knew exactly what to do. I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the result. He took me from drab to fab and was great company throughout the journey. I booked an appointment to get my hair cut and dyed. I showed up to my appointment at 10 and they said they had to cancel it because they over booked the artist. I understood. We rebooked for next week and I show up 10am and my hair dresser isn’t there. After 30 minutes they tell me that my the hairdresser tried to cancel the appointment again by phone call. also said that they were unable to achieve what I wanted even though the first appointment we confirmed that we would be able achieve this. I am very disappointed.

Farenc was so incredibly rude, the hair turned out good, but he got my newly done lashes wet, when i asked not to get them wet, he ripped out my helix piercing TWICE. Not coming back anytime soon this was the worst experience ive ever had.
