I am veryyyyy disappointed, in their stupid call center,put it back where u can call the bank directly!!!! Been with u for yrs, but bout ready to pull my money and get another bank ,rather than set on the phone for a hour just to find out that,they changed the stupid phone app.

Stop cancelling my debit card randomly

RecommendedI don’t honestly recommend Atomic right now if you have a smart phone or Apple Pay because they DO NOT support said features. I am going to be switching banks so that I can have Apple Pay, and I hate to say that because I love this bank. Their customer service is great, as are their tellers! I am quite disappointed in this.

I am giving it four stars because y’all do not have Apple Pay activated. When y’all release Apple Pay for the bank I will change my rating. I have had no issues except for the fact y’all don’t do Apple Pay. Everything everywhere takes Apple Pay but yet y’all don’t have it, and that’s such a disappointment!

Don't try to wire money from one bank account to another. Especially on Friday. Unless accounting leaves everyday at 2pm, then you'd better start the process at 830am. Just use Western Union and save yourself seven hours of waiting for no result.
WORST BANK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I CANT WAIT TO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS BANK IN ATHENS COUNTY ANYMORE!!!!
