They took my whole stimulus check and it was a closed account
i was with them for almost 30 years. i never had any real issues until here lately. now ive had almost $4000 stolen from my account by means of wire fraud and theyre refusing to make it right. tomorrow i will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere
I am constantly having issues with my cards. I got a call today about fraudulent activity, checked my account everything was fine, I was not able to talk to anyone and now my bank card is not working. This makes the 7th or 8th debit card I've had in the span of a year for the same reason. Im about to switch to chime. only decent thing about atc is there staff in the banks are always very nice.

Once again these guys have continued to treat me badly after being with them sense I was 18 and have paid off numerous loans with them and then I get the phone hung up on me by a lady in the loan department named Terry people don’t bank here they have gotten terrible take your business somewhere else where it actually means something to the financial institution
