By far the best gym in Austin. They have a workout plan for you every single day and an amazing community of people to work out with.
I have been into health and fitness one way or another for 30 years. Throughout my journey, I have explored so many different systems & modalities and I can confidently say that Todd and the coaches at Atomic have what you’re looking for. Results, laughs, community, accountability, support….its all at Atomic. I am a better person because of Atomic. Do your future self a favor and go tomorrow.
Truly enjoy the well-crafted group trainings with Atomic Athlete Coaches! Coaches provide constructive feedback when they see a wonky form, but they also praise good form. Great mix of coaching techniques to keep us motivated. The community is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and inviting to join other extracurricular activities like rucking, BJJ, power lifting, dancing, and more! If you didn't fall in love with the gym's amenities or classes, you'll def fall in love with Atomic Athlete's community!
A phenomenal place for a great work out, strong work ethic, and fun people.
Really love Atomic! Tough workouts, and a culture that pushes each other. You learn to push past boundaries you hold onto for what you can do and there’s nothing better than that really. I also got great physical results in my time there so far, lost some overall weight and put on enough muscle that I’m getting compliments from friends saying I’m looking “swole” so what more could you want!
