I was completely new to this style of work out and Atomic Athlete had such a welcoming and kind atmosphere. Haley was the coach today and wow, she was incredibly helpful and encouraging. Literally a high tier experience including extremely compassionate and knowledgeable coaches. I am so excited to come back and I highly suggest this space.

Best gym in Austin and it’s not particularly close
If you want to be the absolute best version of yourself and be left with no questions in the back of your skull if you're trying hard enough then this is the spot for you. I'm not talking about the "best" version of your self that you journal about and never take proper action. I mean if you're actually willing to catch a stray elbow to your ego and find the tenacity to get back up and keep going then I promise you there's no community, coaches, and set of steel in Austin that will outshine this place. I probably can’t do this review justice… a former athlete chained to trading screens for a long career looking for a push to reconnect with that competitive edge. After a few weeks I know I’ve made the right decision. I tried workouts in the dark at Studio 3, great programming but not for me, I was sucked into the This Gym hype… great facilities and training but not for me at this time.
