Couldn’t ask for a better gym! The coaches are knowledgeable and push you to work hard. The workouts are clear and detailed. Showers, sauna, and cold plunge are there for use. I can’t recommend this gym enough!
Awesome gym with a great community!
I've been coming to Atomic for about 7 months now and absolutely love it. I've felt myself get stronger and healthier, and even more acclimated to the tough Texas heat just by simply powering through the workouts in the open-air warehouse. You definitely get what you pay for here, and I love that Atomic fosters a community beyond just the workouts. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I felt right at home within my first few weeks.
Been training off and on for a couple of years. By far the best results I've ever had with even just minimal consistency in my training. The workouts are well thought out. Coaches are very attentive to forms and give detailed instruction. Facility is kick ass in the equipment area PLUS work lounge, sauna, and cold plunge. Always feel welcomed and the social groups outside of the gym are a nice addition. This is always the highlight of my week.
Greatest gym around. Great coaches, great programming, great people.
