If you want to change your life, this place is for you to do it. My first day was during Bring Your Friends Week. It was the middle of summer and we passed “hot” 10 degrees ago. It kicked my ass and I had to cool off in front of a giant fan. But despite the rough first day, I came back. I was hooked. I’ve gone 52 times since then, and there’s nothing I’d trade it for. Atomic has become a huge and awesome part of my routine just about 10 weeks in. I joined during one of the bring your friends week, and it has rocked ever since.
Atomic Athlete has been crucial for our Jiu Jitsu athletes over the past 5 years and we continue to bring our team here. Atomic Athlete is THE BEST gym in Texas!

From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, the coaches are knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping you improve, and the workouts somehow manage to be challenging and fun at the same time. It's the kind of place that makes you actually look forward to working out. It doesn't take long to realize this is way more than just a gym. The community is what makes it special. You can tell people genu... read more
