So the power in my condo unit had went out (but the rest of the building was fine). I called Mr Electric and they sent Mr John to come take a look. He was nice. He diagnosed the issue, told me it was a catastrophic. And that he would need to work with Seattle Light to fix it. When I tried to escalate my complaint, they told me to email another department. Zero accountability
Canceled middle of the day on day of appointment. Did not even try to accommodate for poor service and lack of professionalism.
