I have pedis and manicures done all the time there and never have any problems. The older lady there is my favorite! Can't pronounce her name but she is so sweet and very very good! Their prices are very reasonable compared to everyone else close. It would help if more of their employees spoke English but they always have at least one person there who speaks it so no problems. My favorite place. It helps to make appt so you do wait but they welcome walk ins always.
Asked for a simple soak off, the woman took a plastic nail and peeled my tips off. Distroyed my natural nails. I asked if this technique would damage my nails she looks me in the eyes and said no. .she knew what she was doing. When I confronted her about the damage that was very obvious she had someone take over and she left. ..this is not a place I would recommend to anyone...
