I have known Jim Kemper for nearly 30 years now. He has installed inground sprinkling systems in both homes I have lived in during that period of time. I trust him and he has consistently produced high quality work for me.
First time winterization, the tech had me shut off the water but did not explain there was a separate set of valves for the sprinkler system so I turned off main water. When I turned main water back on water shot out of the side of my house fifteen feet for three hours. The owner had to come back out and turn off the valves. I had to schedule a second trip to get the system fixed and then the company insisted on charging me full price again.
