Fixed my Subaru Impreza that wouldn't start, took to 2 dealerships and a local garage no one could figure out what the cause was, Atmosphere Tuning had it diagnosed and fixed as an ECU fault. They recommended we order one from a part-out on ebay to keep the cost low for the ECU replacement, once they had it installed it turned right on and hasn't had issues since.
