Love Atmosphere! Especially Liz. Her BodyFit classes are the greatest workout and she always helps correct us and offers friendly advice, not just in class but in general she's always happy to help with advice and nutrition.
Went downhill and the machines are now useless (wont show distance on summary unless you login). Toilets filthy. Shame used to be great.
The gym itself is great, and the instructors are wonderful, but I am so done with being charged non-attendance fees despite BEING AT THE CLASSES. It has happened to me a ridiculous number of times and the reception staff are not helpful, in fact they blamed me for their terrible and useless system. I will not be renewing my membership as this issue has caused me a lot of irritation.

Toilets in the males are constantly filthy and have faeces stains or remnants left in them. Showers are usually hair filled and have bits and pieces in them. The gym equipment and pool are all great however and very friendly staff. Use the disabled bathroom instead of males…
