These guys know what they're doing. I called in and Micah helped schedule me for the next day—he was super knowledgeable about the process. Owen was the tech who came out, and he was friendly and professional. He was the only one who went through the proper steps to diagnose my HVAC issue and actually FIX it. I'd had three previous techs (from Thomson Industries, Moore and Russell, and Milani) who all misdiagnosed the problem—claiming it was a thermistor issue or refrigerant leaks—and delayed the repair to another day.
