Daniel called at 1:45 to say he would be at our place at 2:15. (We were given a window of 12 - 2 pm. He called at 2:15 to say he couldn't make it as something came up at the office. Today was the only day we could schedule as we were going away the next day and in fact held off leaving today as wanted to lock down a quote before we left and had actuallyplanned to leave yesterday. The Technitian is so professional that he fixed wrong doing by myself on the controller panel and did the maintainence inspection perfectly. The customer service on line is also good for reactive. I recommend to my other friends.
