Atmosphere is TERRIBLE. The ONLY reason I live there is because of the location. Maintenance is nice but all other staff is rude and NONPROFESSIONAL. The amenities rarely work; such as the printers and coffee machine. Hallways, stairwells, and elevators are FILTHY. The studio apartments are way overpriced, "roughly" $1000 a month and the size of a SMALL dorm.
