Fitness + latest technology = Atmasphere! This studio is giant, with 10,000 square feet of practice space, and offers so much more than just yoga. I'm talking cycling classes, guided meditation classes with sound-off headphones, massages, individual training, detox bar, etc. They even have valet parking! This is an amazing fitness studio. It's a combination of yoga, cycling, and meditation with a lot of different class options. The studio is impeccable - super clean, beautiful serene facilities...just a great place to get your sweat on. All of the instructors were so nice, even though it was my first time cycling. I was so impressed all around!

I tried out the Atma Hot yoga class and I had never done a yoga class before! The instructor, Lisa, was really nice and professional in making sure that we were doing all the poses right! The class was relaxing but also was a great workout (sitting in the chair position pose? ouch lol). It was 60 minutes and was in the coolest studio that was dark but had lights that changed color!
