Really enjoyed my time here, I came in and said I was new, they showed me around and made me feel very welcome. I did a group Restorative aerial yoga class. The instructor made sure I was following since this was my first Aerial yoga class and she definitely made it fun and inviting for a newcomer. Also the space is so cute with lots of happy plants, very big studio and nice entryway decorated yogi-forward.
I absolutely love taking Mariela's aerial yoga and aerial hammock classes! It's my first time ever taking them in general, and she got me hooked immediately. I'm coming back as often as I can.
Best place in New Jersey. Lovely people, Lovely energy and the most complete yoga sequence for sure! Thanks Atmanada.
The space is so beautiful and inviting and the instructors are true professionals who have really helped push my practice to a new level. Group classes are fantastic and I found the 1:1 private sessions to be even more helpful and enjoyable. Highly reccomend this studio!
Everyone is terrific but a special shout out to Tena. I take her Thursday night class and it takes me through the work week day to know I will see Tena. Her Sunday morning class gets me through the week. It is energy filled with a fabulous play list. You feel so energized afterward. Thank you to the entire team.
