You have 1 or 2 tellers who are kind and helpful. The rest, including the one who says she is the teller manager, are just rude. Customer service overall at this branch is awful.

Have been inside this bank for almost 40 minutes! All for a western union pick up because the teller told me I had to sit and wait for help. Don't cool!
