Best Realtor with great properties in East Bay
July 2017 a West Oakland Victorian home sold as is from a personal referral I gave to the owner of ATM Realty. The homeowner was a close friend and senior citizen. Home sold for over $500,000 and ATM received over $20,000. Until this day, I still have not received a financial gift, a thank you or even a card. Not even a call back to the owner or myself.
