TLDR: 4 different technicians/ companies and none compare to Matthew. Don't call any other company to repair your AC! He will actually take the time to determine the issue rather than just replacing parts and hoping the issue is resolved, leading to you calling someone out again; unlike many others. Matthew was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was also very considerate and went out of his way to fix my AC unit promptly, since I have a child with medical issues. I appreciate his service and highly recommend him for all your HVAC needs.
Matt did a phenomenal job! I called him on a weekend he picked up right away and got over here first thing Monday. Walked me through every step he was doing, and showed me a lot about my units. By far the most fair price in NC, and hands down the best customer service you can find. If you use anyone else, you aren’t using the right guy! Matt, you’re the man! Thank you so much!
