Everything about this company is professional as well as personal. My AC was repaired quickly and I was talked through everything that was being done and the prices associated with the repair. You will not find a better HVAC that looks at you as a person and not just a chance to make money. I will be recommending this company to everyone that has issues with their unit.

The representative they sent was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions while teaching me about my system. The pricing for both diagnostic and preventative services was unbeatable—significantly better than any of their competitors. The furnace went out on one of the very few snow days we get here in Jacksonville. I called 2 other heating and air companies, the 1st did not service gas heating units, the 2nd was not able to come out. ATM Heating and Air made it out in just about an hour and Matt was great.
