Burning smell stated coming out of our registers, we turned off the system and started calling around but nobody could come out. Matt answered and apologized as he was out of town but I explained what was going on and he actually took a few minutes to explain and have me look for the issue. Really happy I called A.T.M. Matthew was able to come out that same day, get the part needed and fix the issue. It only took him 5 mins to diagnose the issue. What a relief to have my air-conditioning back running. From 82 degrees to 72 degees quickly! He was accommodating as well. Very professional and understanding.
