This branch has worst customer service, they are rude, the manager is never available. We made appointment to go open a business account and the business sales rep wasn't even there and they didn't even bother to inform us. Wasted our time and they didn't even say sorry. The manager didn't even come out to talk when we asked for her. Went today for wire transfer and they want me to write down the instructions, which I never heard in any branch. Went to the bank to get a large amount of money and the teller was disrespectful and rude made me feel like a criminal . The secon time the same teller asking me inappropriate questions about my money when it’s not her business what I do with my money or how much I have . Do not come to this location the teller make you fee discriminated
