I requested to cancel service due to an out of state move and was told by a customers service rep and a technician that my service was officially canceled over a month ago yet I am still being billed. Then when trying to remedy this for the 3rd time I got pushback saying they need special approvals to cancel and would have to get back to me. This company is very pushy and deceptive about billing/cancelation. I would not recommend this headache to anyone...
