They will train you then not pay you for your training. They will say they will call you about a client but never do it. They will send emails expecting you to be the one to take initiative. Communication is TERRIBLE here.
We have had communication issues ever since we started trying to get help. No return phone calls. People show up unannounced and people that are scheduled to come never show up. The office people act like you are disturbing them. Will not recommend this place.

Pros: Home helpers has amazing boss's that will try and work with you through everything they are very considerate about their employees and their clients. Cons: The millage if you have more then one client that day you could be driving a hour between the two instead of placing clients that are closer together on your schedule, and from my understanding there is no millage reimbursement so you end up using part of your check from their cash advance app to make it till payday.
