I love this place. Everyone is supportive of whatever your health journey is. It is encouraging to literally see all age ranges there.
The friendly staff and clients are what is best at this Y. Everyone is so welcoming and willing to help each other that it makes going a nice experience.
The workout is good. Whenever I go, I believe those people are on the treadmill for over 45 minutes, plus some don't clean after the use of equipment ..
